To ensure that everyone who wishes to take part in the conference is able to do so, the possibility to attend the conference, present their work and interact with all the other participants remotely has been made available to everyone who would be unable to attend in person for any reason. For that matter all conference sessions will be broadcasted via online based teleconferencing services. If you wish to attend as a Virtual presenter, you will need to first submit your Abstract/Full Paper via the conference email. It will be evaluated by the Conference Scientific Committee. After receiving your paper Review Result, you will then need to register and pay the registration fee. All accepted virtual participants will be given unique entry codes to be used on the conference. Please note that Dar es salaam is timed at EAT (East Africa Time zone) or UTC/GMT+ 3hours.
